Encased in a black ABS ring, these graters feature a ribbon blade and a fine blade that are specifically designed to fit wide mouth canning jars, providing ample grating space for a wide range of ingredients. The ultra-sharp blades, proudly made in the USA, deliver excellent grating results, perfect for creating on-the-go jar salads, soups, spice rubs, and vinaigrettes. The fine blade effortlessly grates cinnamon sticks, whole nutmeg, citrus fruits, and hard cheeses, while the ribbon blade produces airy, flakey curls from coconut, soft cheeses, carrots, potatoes, radishes, and zucchini. Unique shaker holes are strategically placed at the edge of the blades for easy sprinkling of grated ingredients. Both blades are constructed from durable stainless steel.

The Jar Grater Set includes one bi-directional ribbon grater and one fine blade grater, both of which are compatible with wide mouth canning jars (jar not included).
