Graters (excluding Master Series) are dishwasher safe. However, to ensure that the blades stay sharp as long as possible, we recommend washing them by hand. Thanks to the sharpness of our blades, a minimal effort is all it takes for food to glide gently and easily off the blade without needing to apply any pressure.

The Ribbon blade is an efficient bi-directional blade that effortlessly cuts into foods on both strokes of a push-pull motion. The ribbon blade works best with softer cheeses, fruits and vegetables.

It also includes a built in measuring cup with a locked in catch plate and a clear window to see your results as they pile up. The measuring cup has a capacity of 2.5 cups.
