Graters (excluding Master Series) are dishwasher safe. However, to ensure that the blades stay sharp as long as possible, we recommend washing them by hand.

Easy to Clean All five of the professional series graters and the slider attachment are top-rack dishwasher safe. The protective blade covers should be hand washed. For the best safeguarding care, we recommend rinsing the graters in warm water immediately after each use to remove trapped food particles from the non-sharp side.
