Return Process

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused item in its original box, ensuring all protective covers are on the blades, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned tool, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
